Send the page you’re viewing, selected text, images and files from Chrome on your computer to your other devices. Things you send from your other devices arrive in the extension as notifications.
Open the Chrome Web Store and click “Add to Chrome”. You can also add it to Microsoft Edge from the Chrome Web Store.
Get started
Click the Extensions button (the puzzle piece) in the toolbar, then click the pin next to Pushany.
Click the Pushany button in the toolbar, then click “Sign in”.
Sign in to your Pushany account in the window that opens, then click “Allow” on “Sign in to the Chrome extension?”.
If you use encryption, set up your encryption key. Choose “Approve on another device” to show a code, then enter that code in the request that appears in Pushany on your other device. You can also use “Enter recovery key”.
The extension is added as one of your devices. If you don’t have another device yet, scan the QR code shown in the extension with your phone and sign in with the same account.
Send
Toolbar button: opens the send screen. Send the current tab’s link, a note or files to one device or to all devices.
Right-click menu: right-click a page, link, image or selected text and choose “Send to tray…”.
Screenshots: choose “Screenshot…” in the right-click menu to capture a selected area, the visible area or the full page and send it.
Save as note: save an article’s text and images as a note. On a YouTube video page, you can save the transcript with a link to each timestamp.
Add to note: add selected text to the end of an existing note.
To send images from other sites as files, allow access to all sites in the extension’s settings. Otherwise, a link to the image is sent.
Receive
Things you send from your other devices arrive as notifications. You can also see them under “Recent” in the popup and side panel.
The side panel shows what you’ve received, your notes and your checklists. Open it with “Open in side panel” in the right-click menu.
Turn on “Open links sent to this device automatically” in the extension’s settings to open links sent to this extension in a background tab.

Not set
To set a shortcut, click “Change” under “Keyboard shortcuts” in the extension’s settings.
Settings
Click “Settings” on the send screen to open the extension’s settings.
Turn notifications on or off, choose whether to open links automatically, and choose the screenshot format (PNG or JPEG).
Signing out removes your sign-in and encryption key from the extension. Removing the extension in the app under Settings → Devices also signs it out.
Privacy
The extension reads a page only when you send or save something. It doesn’t collect your browsing history.
If you use encryption, what you send is encrypted in the extension before it’s sent.
Your phone isn’t in the list of devices: sign in on your phone with the same account.
Notifications don’t arrive: check that “Notify me when something arrives” is on in the extension’s settings, and that notifications for Chrome are allowed in your OS settings.
“Sign in and set up your encryption key” appears: sign in again from the toolbar button.
