The tray shows what you send between your devices.
Type text or a URL in the box in the tray. You can also attach files and photos.
Use the “Send to” picker next to the send button to choose a device. You can also choose “All devices”.
Select Send, and a notification arrives on the devices you chose.
If you choose “Don’t notify”, the item is saved to the tray without a notification.
To keep something, use “Move to notes” in the card’s menu to turn it into a note.
Use “Copy link to item” in the card’s menu to get a link that opens that item in the tray. The link only works on devices signed in to your account.
On Android, once you add Pushany to your home screen, you can send from the share menu of other apps. On iPhone, use Shortcut integration.
On a computer, add the Chrome extension to send the page you’re viewing or selected text from the right-click menu or the toolbar button.
Notes
Open Notes.
On a phone, tap “+” at the bottom right, then Note. To attach a photo you take, choose Photo instead. On a computer, click “New note”.
What you write is saved automatically. When you’re offline, it’s saved on your device and synced once you’re back online. For things you especially want to protect, such as passwords, use locked notes.
Checklists
In Checklists, tap “+” (on a computer, click “New list”).
Choose a name and color for the list, then select Done.
Use “+ Add item” to add items.
In an item’s Details, you can set a due date, a notification and a priority. With “Add alert”, you can get several notifications, such as 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before. To share with family or others, see Sharing notes and checklists.
Reminders
Choose a date and time with Reminder in the menu of a tray card or a note, and a notification arrives at that time.
You can also select “New reminder” in Reminders and type what to be reminded of.
Your reminders are listed in Reminders.
Repeat
Reminders and checklist items can repeat daily, on weekdays, weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly or yearly. With Custom, you can also choose the 2nd and 4th Wednesday, the last Friday of the month, every 3 months, ending after 10 times, and more. While you set a repeat, the next 5 dates are shown.
Reminders can also repeat hourly, such as every 3 hours. With Custom and an interval in hours, you can also choose the hours and days to notify you (for example, every 3 hours from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays).
For repeats such as the 25th of every month, choose what happens on days off: move to the previous or next weekday, or skip. To repeat on the last weekday of the month, choose the last day and move it to the previous weekday. Dates moved to avoid a day off also show the original date.
Days off are set in Settings → Holidays: your workdays, whether Japanese public holidays are days off, your own days off such as year-end holidays, and days to treat as workdays. Shared checklists use the settings of the person who created the list.
Tags and search
You can add tags to tray cards and notes to organize them. Choose a tag under Tags in the menu to show only the items with that tag.
Create, rename and delete tags in “Manage tags” in the menu.
In Tray, Notes and Checklists, use the search icon at the top to search. Encrypted data is searched on your device. The first search may take a moment.
